I have posted a few blogs, some of those containing recipes. I love to cook and I love to watch people cook so I often scan youtube for channels that consist of this type of thing. I want to give credit to the people that have been my inspiration for this journey I embarked on.

This first person I would like to give credit to is Claudia Regalado. Claudia posts tons of videos on YouTube sharing her recipes. Every recipe of hers that I have tried turned out amazing which is why I always find myself back on her channel for recipes and tips. I have watched many different cooking channels and very few keep me coming back for more so it says a lot that I actually wanted to subscribe to her channel!

The second channel I would like to mention is “Views on the road”. It is a cooking channel and the star of the show is Ms. Stephanie. She makes gourmet Mexican Cuisine and is one of my favorite youtube personalities. She comes off as very genuine and when I watch her videos it feels like she’s really talking to me. She is very interactive with her subscribers as she is always responding to comments under her videos. It makes a huge difference when the creators interact with their followers because it makes us feel included almost like its one big family.

I wanted to mention these people because I really don’t think I would have been able to deliver the content that I did if it weren’t for them. Sure, I would have found recipes to tweak elsewhere, but it wouldn’t be the same without them. Their videos inspired me to tap into my creative side and be more vocal about my passions. I hope that one day I can be successful like these two ladies doing the things that I love.

Last but not least, I want to give credit to is this guy. He is my number one fan and the person who I got my passion for food from. I love you dad! ❤
